Jeff from Action Upholstery Services called on us this morning and we were very pleased with the work he did so efficiently and quickly. Jeff very neatly repaired the torn material and also replaced the damaged wood/look trim on the front of the chair.

The young man Jeff came from Action Upholstery Services to look at our problem and agreed with us he would see to everything. He made our chairs far better than when they arrived from the warehouse. He explained everything and made us feel much better about the overall quality of the manufacture of the chairs. All his entire visit was a pleasure and I would like to commend him for his manner and professionalism.

Many thanks for sending Action, they have done an amazing job. You cannot see where the pieces had come undone. Action have taken before and after photos for their files. Thanks again for your assistance. Action are the best!

We just wanted to express our appreciation at the excellent customer service you have provided in honoring your frame warranty three months out of the ten year warranty. John of Action Upholstery Services here in Brisbane replaced both chair frames this morning. Our daughter liaised with Action Upholstery Services while we were overseas recently and we have nothing but praise for their excellent service.

Would you please thank everyone who was involved in the repair of my Moran chair. The result is absolutely brilliant. The chair is around 25 years old. With the Moran brand as it was in the era when Moran was still manufactured in Australia, I knew I was buying a quality product. The repair, however, has brought the chair back to life and it is even more comfortable now than what I remember just after I had bought the chair. Wonderful result! Excellent work.
